Final Examination Schedule

This schedule shows the times for final examinations for Fall
and Spring semesters in the Traditional Program.

Evening classes will have their final examinations during test
week
at the time they meet during the regular session except Thursday
classes
which will have the final the Thursday BEFORE Exam Week.

Examinations in classes not provided for specifically in the
schedule
above will be given during test week during the period most closely
matching
the class meeting time. This will be determined and announced by the
teacher.
Instructors are not authorized to change
the
scheduled time of an examination without prior approval of the vice
president
for academic administration.
Exceptions to the examination schedule are
granted only by the vice president for academic administration.
Acceptable
reasons are:
A. Death in the immediate family.
B. Documented medical emergency demanding
immediate
attention.
C. An examination schedule with three or
more
examinations in one day.
All travel, weddings, work, medical appointments, and other
arrangements
should be made early to avoid conflict with the examination schedule.
If
permission is granted for a special examination, the student will be
expected
to pay a fee to cover the cost of preparing and proctoring the
examination.
The fee may vary from $25 to $50 for each examination according to the
course requirements and will be payable in cash.
