Ordering CUC Transcripts:
I. WHAT IS A TRANSCRIPT?
A transcript is a certified, official copy of your permanent
academic record. Since it contains confidential information, it cannot
be released to anyone other than you without written permission unless
it is mailed directly to another college or university from the Records
Office.
II. HOW MUCH DOES A TRANSCRIPT COST?
Regular processing of transcripts is free. Rush transcripts
cost $10, payable in advance by cash, money order or credit card (Visa
or MasterCard only). FAXed transcripts are considered RUSH transcripts,
and are subject to an additional $5 fee if sent to a long-distance number.
III. HOW DO I ORDER A TRANSCRIPT?

to obtain your transcript and include your original written signature.
That person will need to show a photo ID before the transcript will be
released to them.)
NOTE: A transcript picked up by OR sent directly to you is stamped "Issued
to Student". Some institutions will not accept a transcript that is marked
"Issued to Student".

A transcript will not be issued unless:
