HLSC 110 Healthier Living (2)

A course designed to give students the practical means of assessing and managing their personal health behaviors so that they can live their lives to the fullest. Recognizing that health information changes quickly and there is so much to know, this course emphasizes the basic facts and encourages students to translate them into meaningful plan of action that is personally relevant. The SDA philosophy of health expressed in the writings of Ellen G. White is emphasized as an important reliable health information. (Fall and Spring Semesters)
