FDNT 260 Nutrition (3)
Prerequisites: BIOL 112 and CHEM 105 or CHEM 110. Basic principles
of human nutrition with emphasis on the food sources and functions of nutrients
for good health. (Fall Semester)
NUTR 300 Nutrition (3)
A course designed not only to provide an introduction to the relationship
between nutrition and good health, but also to explore the basic medical and
chemical aspects of nutrition. (Offered through External Degree only)
