AMST 210 Introduction to American Studies (2-3)
An introduction to the
study of American culture, including a historical overview and orientation to
relevant resources for such study available at CUC and in Washington, D.C.
AMST 370 Washington Experience Internship (3-9)
Internship experience in such areas as government, media, law, business, social
service, and public affairs advocacy. Only three hours may apply to the American
Studies emphasis.
AMST 390 Washington Experience Colloquium (1)
Readings, discussions, and guest lectures exploring Christian perspectives
on engagement with public life. Taken along with AMST 370 and AMST 380.
